Had a great time here with my friends! We checked out the exotic animals at the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and even caught a show at the local arena. The staff was friendly, and our room was comfortable for our group. The location worked well for our plans and made it easy to explore the area.

However, there were some issues with the service. A staff member was quite rude to us when we needed help with our stay, which put a damper on our experience.

I had a really bad experience. The guy at the front desk was super rude when I tried to add another night. He yelled at me for using my card again, even though that’s what I had done for 2 days! I also noticed they were treating other guests poorly, especially families like mine.
